Return & Exchange Policy

Return of goods

 

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receipt of the goods and to return the product back to us. The subjects of Loungewear, as nightgowns, robes, eye masks, are no subject to returned, as well as custom made orders. The date of receipt of the item shall be the date from the time the item is received in person or from the Omniva parcel machine. Upon commencing the use of the purchased product, the buyer shall certify that it is in conformity with the order and that the goods can no longer be returned.

If you want to exercise your right to withdraw, please take into account the following:

Look carefully at the product, but do not use it, or do not damage or save the original packaging. Remember that you must have saved documents about the purchase and receipt of the item.

When the goods are returned, the funds for the delivery that has taken place shall not be repaid. Nor will any funds be paid for delivery costs in the event of a return of purchase, unless the goods do not correspond to the purchased or are damaged during delivery.

Once we receive the return under the conditions observed, the funds for the goods paid will be returned within seven working days, in full.

If we receive only part of the goods and their components or goods in a state that does not correspond to the one in which it was sent to you, we will deduct the amount for our expenses or return the item to you if it is unfit for resale. Supply of goods

 

The supply of goods is carried out within the borders of Latvia and worldwide. When ordering the product, we offer the type of delivery of Omniva parcel machine.

If you choose a delivery within the borders of Latvia for a purchase that will reach value 150 EUR and more, and when you choose a delivery in Lithuania and Estonia fora purchase that will reach value 300 EUR and more, you will receive a free delivery.

The delivery of your custom order will start within 7-10 days, (working days), as soon as we receive the payment, so that you will receive it as soon as possible in your preferred place and time. The delivery time may vary depending on the country of delivery.

All items are delivered depending on their availability. We can only guarantee the delivery of the item until there is one item in the warehouse. If, in the event of ordering and purchasing a non-warehouse item, we will contact you and offer the same equivalent item at a potentially similar price or agree to return the funds.

We do not take responsibility for delays arising from the operation of the courier, but certainly help to address supply delays. If these situations occur, send an information to email shop@silkmoodbrand.com, we will help you!
